Golden Visa

Real Estate/Property
Investments
Clients who purchased property in UAE worth AED 2 million regardless of whether it is off-plan, completed or mortgaged are eligible for Golden visa for 10 years as real estate investors.
Public Investments: Deposit / Investments in Company’s Capital
Individuals who have significant public investments of no less than AED 2 million either in the form of a fixed-term bank deposit or investments in a company’s capital with no less than AED 2 million
Professionals
Individuals who hold an employment contract in the UAE and fall into the first or second occupational level as per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The applicant must also hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and the salary of AED 30,000 (per month) or above
Support with Obtaining a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) for a Natural Person (UAE)

Visa & Emirates ID Replacement
